  • For a bold look, glide Expressive Eye Pencil along the top of the lash line as close to the lashes as possible. If desired, apply to bottom lash line and smudge.
  • For a softer look, apply a thin line to the top and bottom lash lines and smudge using the I’ll Be The Smudge Of That! brush.

i love this deep plum color. Goes on smooth and doesn't smudge at all. Of course I wear private eye primer so that helps too. Very simple color but attention grabbing
