Fantastic product, I also own the neck breakin black. Thick enough, but doesn't smudge nor flake throughout the day. Overall great product and you definitely need a fine tip precision eyeliner brush for application.

Beautiful color for blue eyes! January 11, 2012

The color is gorgeous with the Rain eyeshadow shades I own.  It is easy to use and very long lasting.  It doesn't move until you take it off! I need to get the Black shade now!
